We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team in Melbourne. As a key part of our customer-facing service, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and support to our customers.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess a genuine passion for food & shopping, have a customer-first mentality, love teamwork and growing with others, are flexible and adaptable to change, and are willing to work and reliable.
As the last point of contact for our customers, you will provide them with a great shopping experience by collecting trolleys from around the store, the connecting car park and surrounding areas. Rotation in all areas is a team effort, from customer queries to scanning groceries.
