Customer Service Representative
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and deliver exceptional service to customers.
About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, taking orders through our Point of Sale system, packing and handing over hot orders to customers, cooking menu options, preparing salads, and maintaining a clean work area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Take orders through our POS system
- Pack and handover hot orders to customers
- Cook menu options, including charcoal chicken and burgers
- Prepare salads and maintain a clean work area
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is not essential, but a keen attitude and willingness to learn are required
- Ability to work at a high level of energy and efficiency
- Keen interest to adapt new skills and contribute to the success of the restaurant
- Courtesy and customer focus
