Supply Chain Specialist - Diabetes Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in North Sydney. This role is a key member of the Supply Chain organization and will be responsible for conducting demand and supply analysis related supply chain activities to ensure sufficient inventory to support business objectives.

The successful candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, with exposure to medical industries being a big plus. They will possess a University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, and APICS Certification and Lean 6 Sigma qualifications would be highly regarded.

In this role, you will conduct detailed analysis of sales data, customer requirements, and product shelf life to inform inventory management decisions. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring that Novo Nordisk's values and integrity are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demand and supply analysis to inform inventory management decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Manage consignment inventory and supplier relationships to ensure sufficient stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
