We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Inside Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, developing, and growing your customer base by calling existing patients/end users, promoting leading-edge medical devices.

The Diabetes Operating Unit focuses on improving the lives of those within the global diabetes community. Our goal is to empower people with diabetes to live life on their terms by delivering innovation that truly matters and providing support in the ways they need it.

A day in the life as a Diabetes Therapy Consultant

You'll receive extensive product and sales training and gain invaluable experience in promoting a broad range of highly innovative products in the Diabetes area. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining, developing, and growing your customer base by calling existing patients/end users, promoting leading-edge medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling Medtronic's products and retaining end-user patients within an assigned geographic area or specific customer accounts working to specific sales targets
  • Identifying, developing, and closing leads for the business and referring internal leads
  • Providing input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies
  • Promoting and establishing education of the company's products and/or services
  • Assisting field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities, including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, arranging product demonstrations, and sales rep follow-up

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
