Public Areas Attendant

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Public Areas Attendant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the luxurious rooms, suites, public areas, guest amenities, staff village, and facilities are always fresh and welcoming.

  • Attending to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Reporting any maintenance concerns promptly to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Performing thorough checks on rooms, suites, and public areas to maintain high standards.
  • Assisting with staff village room checks and contributing to the overall upkeep of our resort.
  • Collaborating with the wider Housekeeping Team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, allowing guests to feel at ease when approaching them with concerns or compliments.

Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are a plus. Strong reading and writing abilities are also important for following instructions and maintaining accurate records.
