Job Description

As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in contributing to the education program in our centre. Your primary responsibilities include actively engaging and supervising children at all times, maintaining a safe environment, building strong relationships with children and families, and adhering to National Quality Standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute effectively to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engage and supervise children continuously
  • Maintain a secure environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and organisational policies
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification and a willingness to travel between local services. Flexibility is essential, as we require staff available between Monday and Friday, 6:30am - 7:30pm.
