**Job Title:** Senior Product Allocator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Senior Product Allocator. As a key member of our planning department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by effectively managing product allocations and inventory flow within the region.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop allocation plans by product line based on inventory and store needs. This involves forecasting sales trends, reviewing sales, stock, and sell-through in season to identify risks and opportunities to business, and recommending strategies to achieve financial goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional departments, including Buying, Brand, and Retail Operations, to prioritize orders through receiving, production, and shipping when necessary to protect sales trends and inventory levels in stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage the open-to-buy process for the region.
  • Develop allocation plans by product line based on inventory and store needs.
  • Forecast and update plans based on sales trends.
  • Review sales, stock, and sell-through in season to identify risks and opportunities to business and recommend strategies to achieve financial goals.
  • Work with key teams to prioritize orders through receiving, production, and shipping when necessary to protect sales trends and inventory levels in stores.
