As a highly skilled Junior Allocator/Buyers Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the Merchandise team's success. Located in our head offices, you will be responsible for allocating and replenishing stock across all stores in Australia, ensuring we have the right products in the right stores at the right time for our customers.

This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the planning team to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand. Your analytical skills will be invaluable in analyzing product flow and sales trends to accurately forecast future product needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical and analytical skills, with a passion for data and excellent attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As part of our collaborative and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced Senior Buyers and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the planning team to allocate and replenish stock
  • Facilitate the allocation & replenishment of merchandise by SKU;
  • Coordinate inter-store transfers of merchandise
  • Analyze product flow & sales trends to accurately forecast future product needs
  • Ensure data integrity in data systems
  • Ensure stores are at the forefront of all activity in relation to merchandising & stock allocation processes;
  • Assist the Senior Buyer with support across all administrative duties

About You:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a passion for data
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • A flair for numbers and analytical thinking
  • Sound knowledge of footwear & fashion distribution & supply principles
