Publicity Team Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Publicity team as a Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, producing weekly program guides, and assisting with media communications.

About the Role:

This is a 3.5-day per week, part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our communications team, working closely with the Senior Communications Specialist to ensure accurate and appealing promotion of SBS content.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administration requirements, including creating presentations and organizing travel arrangements
  • Produce high-quality weekly program guides that accurately reflect SBS content
  • Assist the media communications team with a range of tasks, including booking meetings and creating materials

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software as needed. Relevant qualifications or experience in PR or media are highly desirable.
