Your Role
We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator, based (Hybrid) from our Sydney CBD Head Office, to join PeopleScout's growing Centre of Excellence (COE) team. In an exciting development for our business to maintain pace with ever-increasing client demand, PeopleScout is expanding its flexible delivery capability to support our onsite Recruitment Business Partnering teams across key parts of the talent acquisition lifecycle.
In this crucial and varied support role, you will work across a range of clients and industry sectors, gaining exposure to a wide variety of Talent Acquisition functions and practices.
Key responsibilities
- Support client-facing Talent Acquisition teams and Head Office managers with key recruitment coordination activities
- Manage Pre-Employment Screening activities (reference, medical, police, academic checks)
- Provide support for the delivery of assessment centre programmes
- Support creation of presentation documents for internal / external audiences
- Organising client and staff events

You will possess prior experience in an administrative or coordination role where you handled sensitive information in your daily work. Our coordination team is a highly respected part of the organisation, being a key contributor in helping us to deliver exceptional client service.
