This exciting role will see you working closely with our global teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.


As a Digital Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital wholesale business. Your expertise and influence will be essential in driving adoption and execution of our digital initiatives, as well as improving our customers' online experience.


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, financial metrics, and digital consumer behavior. You will also need to be an effective communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate global strategies into actionable plans for the region
  • Manage commercial performance for designated accounts and categories
  • Lead the rollout of tested digital initiatives across the region
  • Conduct digital audits and use findings to drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with wholesale partners
  • Optimize digital shelf performance by monitoring KPIs and improving execution

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong sales acumen with proven track record of delivering against measurable sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and networking skills
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce operations, financial metrics, and digital consumer behavior
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
