Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be highly organized and able to multitask effectively, exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and have proficiency in relevant software applications and customer service platforms.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Attend to clients and visitors, greet them warmly and provide assistance when needed.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the front office area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Manage mail, stationery, and general office supplies efficiently.
  • Provide refreshments and support as required.
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal databases accurately.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and team projects seamlessly.
  • Support diary management and appointment bookings efficiently.
  • Verify and check documents for accuracy prior to submission.
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide assistance throughout their process.
  • Liaise between clients and external assessors where necessary.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and support walk-in clients effectively.
  • Relieve reception duties as needed (e.g. breaks or leave).
  • Attend client meetings as required.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably within the industrial sector.
