This is a role supporting vulnerable individuals in a residential aged care setting. We are looking for people with adaptability to work across various shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support according to individual plans
  • Encourage independence, dignity, and residents' right of choice
  • Assist with daily living tasks including toileting, showering, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene
  • Serve meals to residents at the right time and report uneaten food
  • Foster resident mobility, safety, and comfort
  • Identify and report issues or concerns to the unit manager
  • Prioritize resident wellbeing and adapt work practices to meet diverse needs
  • Experience working with elderly people is preferred
  • A current national criminal history record check is required
  • A genuine interest in adding value to residents daily life
  • Resilience, quick thinking, and problem-solving ability
  • Honesty, integrity, and independent work ethic

The successful applicant must have documented COVID injections before commencement.

We will provide full support and ensure this role is both challenging and fulfilling.
