Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate risk management team, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of mixed corporate clients, taking a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement insurance solutions for clients, negotiating and managing the best deals in the global insurance market.
  • Manage relationships with underwriting partners and drive new business development.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior employees and manage your own budget, sales plan, and debtors.
  • Promote the Gallagher brand within the local business community, region, and nationally.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to mid-to-large corporate accounts.
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to build a long-term pipeline to support new business growth.
  • Strong account management experience gained within general commercial insurance.
  • A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, complemented by a driven, passionate, and professional disposition.
