Job Description

The role is responsible for managing SIG's various leasehold facilities across the APAC region, including offices and data centres.

You will work closely with APAC Business and Technology teams along with the Global Facilities team to provide solutions for a dynamic fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure electrical and mechanical services infrastructure operates efficiently and as intended.
  • Monitor building services, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.
  • Negotiate service contracts and select suitable contractors.
  • Liaise with engineers, designers, and architects in designing, project management, and delivering new leasehold construction projects.
  • Manage infrastructure maintenance activities and supervise contractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience/coursework.
  • Demonstrated technical skills and experience in supporting electrical and/or mechanical services infrastructure.
  • A thorough multidiscipline understanding of Data Center operations and strong working knowledge of critical Data Center support environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to troubleshoot equipment and install software applications.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • A focus on innovation, cost savings, and increased efficiencies.
  • The ability to interpret specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with IT terminology, hardware, and change management processes.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
