Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met.
  • Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and review contracts, schedules, and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the residential building sector, on projects of significant scale.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems effectively.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field are highly desirable.
