Project Development Manager

Job Description:

This role is for an experienced project development professional to oversee residential building and development projects in Sydney.

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met.
  • Direct site teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and review contracts, schedules, and project documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project development manager within the class 2 residential building and development sector, on projects over $80 million.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems effectively.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field are highly desirable.
