Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful completion of high-end residential projects.

About the Role
  • Manage daily site operations, trades, and subcontractors effectively
  • Ensure premium finishes and quality control are consistently maintained
  • Schedule and coordinate works to meet project deadlines efficiently
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients professionally
  • Enforce OH&S compliance and manage site safety meticulously
  • Track progress, manage materials, and report on job status accurately
  • Maintain clean, organised and efficient building sites
About You
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on luxury residential builds is essential
  • Carpentry or trade background is highly regarded
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, detailing, and finishes is required
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills are necessary
  • A passion for craftsmanship and building excellence is desired
  • Current White Card, Driver's License is mandatory
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction is preferred
