Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Training Business Growth Leader to drive the expansion of our training business in the ANZ region. This role will be responsible for implementing our vision, mission, and strategy for accelerated, sustainable, and profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing training businesses with a strong revenue growth record. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our training products and services to clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with our regional executive, stream/sector leaders, and other stakeholders to achieve financial performance KPIs, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver the training stream strategic plan aligned to market and company growth expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, technical, legal, and accreditation requirements in the context of public, in-house, bespoke training and/or Best Practice Program delivery.
  • Achieve financial plan targets for the Training stream, including sales, revenues, gross profit, and contribution in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in managing a team of training sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial leadership experience in the training business in the AU market. A good grasp of the NZ training market will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing and developing training business with a proven revenue growth record.
  • Deep social media and digital marketing knowledge and proven experience.
  • Experience with Digital transformation projects will be preferred.
