Job Overview

As a key member of our Financial Services leadership team, we are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to drive strategic growth and support the development of our Broker network.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and relationship management, with excellent communication skills. You will also possess a strong understanding of local area marketing and be able to interpret and analyse data to diagnose issues, trends and emerging problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategic Franchise Recruitment strategies to drive Network Growth
  • Designing and enabling productivity capabilities within the Mortgage Choice business
  • Ensuring operational processes and resources are in place to support Sales expectations and goals

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a business discipline, exceptional influencing skills and the ability to work with a sense of urgency and energy.
