A leading organization in Melbourne seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to manage their local accounts receivable function.

The Opportunity

This role presents a high-profile opportunity for professionals looking to take ownership of the company's accounts receivable operations.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Process receipting and allocations efficiently
  • Investigate unallocated payments promptly
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders effectively
  • Release orders, action blocked orders as required
  • Provide monthly reports accurately
  • Reconcile accounts diligently
  • Manage in-box efficiently
  • Raise ad-hoc invoices and credit notes correctly
  • Process journals professionally

Your Background and Skills

To excel in this role, you will require a proven background in accounts receivable and excellent time management and communication skills. Prior experience with large ERPs (SAP / Oracle / Technology One) is essential.

This 12-month fixed-term contract may lead to a permanent position, offering a pathway for career growth and development.
