We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our APAC Sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive. This role offers the opportunity to develop customer relationships through effective business partnerships and problem-solving, while driving growth and product adoption.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Crafting strategic business plans to drive commercial outcomes
  • Educating prospective customers through roadshows and summits
  • Delivering demos to showcase the value of our products to customers
  • Managing the full sales process to achieve quarterly targets
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success and Business Development teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer relationships
  • Representing the customer's voice within our cross-functional partners
  • Maintaining data integrity through Salesforce and reporting on sales activities


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Senior B2B enterprise selling experience with a proven track record in managing sales pipelines and achieving targets
  • A consultative and customer-centric approach, with the ability to build trust and uncover customer pain points
  • Motivation to identify new customer opportunities and drive expansion with existing customers
  • Comfort in working in an agile, fast-moving organisation
  • Ability to demonstrate SafetyCulture values (Think Customer, Open Honest Always, Better as a Team, Be Bold Bring Action)
