We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Manage small to medium refurbishment and major plant replacement projects with minimal supervision.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery including scope definition, cost planning and forecasting, program scheduling, contractor engagement, and quality assurance.
- E nsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across the organization.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication.
- Support project planning, reporting, and communication strategies to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in project or construction management (fit out/refurbishment highly desired) or recent graduates in relevant studies.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and the Office Suite to support project planning and reporting.
