Project Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of small to medium refurbishment and major plant replacement projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project or construction management, with a strong focus on quality assurance, safety standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering projects within scope, budget, and time constraints;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND ENSURING STAKEHOLDER SATISFACTION;
  • COORDINATING WITH CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE PROJECT SUCCESS;
  • MANAGING PROJECT PLANNING, REPORTING, AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES.

This role offers exposure to a variety of hospital-specific works, as well as opportunities for growth into broader infrastructure and federal government projects. You will be part of a supportive team environment, with access to ongoing training and development programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT;
  • STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL AND MULTITASKING SKILLS;
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CLIENT-FACING ABILITIES;
  • FAMILIARITY WITH MICROSOFT PROJECT AND THE OFFICE SUITE;
  • A PROBLEM-SOLVING APPROACH AND A FOCUS ON DELIVERING RESULTS.
