Job Opportunity

The role of Audio Visual Support Officer is a critical position within the organization, responsible for ensuring seamless audio-visual operations in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support for all audio-visual equipment, focusing on the Command Centre.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues related to audio and visual aspects within specified areas.
  • Evaluate and ensure the proper functioning of audio-visual devices before meetings in designated rooms.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to request assistance when necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Technical proficiency in handling audio-visual equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Experience in supporting audio-visual equipment and staff using said technology.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, specifically with corporate systems and multimedia technologies.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in managing sensitive information.
  • Administrative experience in supporting programs.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Capacity to contribute to report preparation, document creation, and planning. Proficiency in Crestron control, digital media, Q-SYS audio DSP, and Teams room video conferencing would be beneficial.
