Job Overview

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support environment.
  • Proficiency in logging incidents and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
