Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Designer to lead geometric design production for roads, highways, and related civil projects in our Roads & Highways section.

In this role, you will spearhead geometric design production on assigned projects, serve as OpenRoads Lead, overseeing implementation and training, and lead design teams on major projects and work independently on medium-scale initiatives.

You will also provide client-facing support and develop solutions with the engineering team, review design output of road designers within project teams, contribute to design production using OpenRoads, troubleshoot designs, and foster a learning culture for team upskilling.
