Position: Personal Care Assistant

Location: Ballina, NSW

We are seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to become part of our compassionate team. This role offers flexibility in your working hours and locations, allowing you to choose how and when you work.

We are looking for PCA professionals to serve clients in the Ballina area. Opportunities for Morning, Afternoon, and Active/Inactive Night shifts are available.

*Compensation is based on qualifications.

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
  • Blue Card is preferred
  • Current Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Full COVID vaccination and booster preferred in accordance with NSW Health Regulations
  • Legal right to work in Australia (e.g., Passport, Birth Certificate)
  • Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience is desirable
