About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Lansdowne Gardens, a multi-award-winning aged care residence in Neutral Bay, Sydney.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be part of a cohesive and dynamic team, dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. You will be responsible for delivering personal care to residents in a safe and effective manner, meeting their needs and preferences, and maximizing their health and wellbeing.

We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering an exceptional level of service, has a kind and compassionate nature, and is an excellent communicator with second-to-none customer service skills.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in aged care
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services
  • Sound understanding and commitment to person-centered care
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement ideal
  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care)
