Job Title: Assistant In Nursing

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Assistant In Nursing (AIN) to join our team at Conexson, a leading specialist Disability & Aged Care staffing agency.

About the Role:

As a PCA/AIN, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our participants by creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance with daily living
  • Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
  • Building relationships with our residents and visitors
  • Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
What We Offer:

We are offering a competitive weekly salary ranging from $800-$2000, as well as:

  • $77.38 per hour*
  • Employee Benefits + Superannuation + Penalty Rates

*Pay rate is according to qualifications

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card
  • Working With Children / Blue Card (Preferred)
  • Certificate 3 or Paid Experience
  • Updated Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Driver's License and reliable transport
  • Fully Covid 19 vaccinated and booster shot would be desirable as per NSW Health Regulations
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc)
