About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Assistant to support the General Manager, Quality & Service, in a maximum term position until January 31, 2026.

The Quality and Service Division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing customer-focused activities, including customer support, service operations, training, and warranty management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the General Manager's office, ensuring they receive optimal support across all aspects of their role.
  • Provide divisional support, manage important projects, prepare essential documentation, and coordinate divisional activities on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders in a respectful and approachable manner.
  • Create and implement systems, procedures, and controls to improve the accuracy, compliance, timeliness, and presentation of the GM's work.
Requirements
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly developed business acumen and administrative skills, with a strong capacity for exercising sound judgment, prioritizing tasks, and multitasking with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional reporting skills, with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in a paperless office environment.
  • High learning agility, a flexible work approach, and the ability to take initiative.
