About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DC Planning Manager - Labour & Flow to join our team at Super Retail Group. As a key member of our distribution network, you will be responsible for managing the labour plan and forecasting, linking brand supply planning to achievable product flow based on shift planning and labour resourcing availability.

Working closely with our distribution centres, group supply chain departments, and retail brands, you will ensure optimal and achievable labour planning is deployed to deliver warehousing activities. You will provide analysis and recommendations to DC Managers on labour plans and labour by DC department, to achieve the balance between plan delivery and performance measure achievement.

About You

  • You will have extensive Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot tables, financial and operational modelling.
  • You will have knowledge and operability of Warehouse Management Systems.
  • You will have experience with financial reporting & forecasting.
  • You will have KPI Management for multi-dimensional operational planning, including labour planning and financial targets, and tracking and reporting performance to targets.
  • You will have data analysis skills and the ability to take inputs from multiple sources and construct a detailed plan.
  • You will have an understanding of multi-product, multi-customer product movements.

Your ability to work with broad stakeholder groups as well as manage operational decisions with complex priorities will be key to this role.
