Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
    • Manage staff schedules and rotas to ensure optimal coverage
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including food and beverage service, customer service, and cash handling
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
    • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a hospitality management role
  • Proven track record of success in staff management, operations, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies
