Partnership Onboarding Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled Partnership Onboarding Specialist to join our B2B Sales team at Virgin Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in governing the structure of our partner engagement plan, blending automation with facilitated partner-specific actions.
Responsibilities will include owning our corporate onboarding and masterclass education programs, requiring a high level of expertise in messaging formation and virtual training/facilitation. You will also help identify growth opportunities across sales, deploying targeted offers that continually deliver mutually beneficial value.
Key Requirements- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales operations or contract management experience
- Ability to engage with all stakeholder levels across internal and external audiences
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM tools like Salesforce)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Experience creating customer proposals leveraging all business value levers
