The Job Opportunity

A sought-after role has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team of property management experts in Sydney.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks while assisting a Senior Property Manager with a portfolio of 200 properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Nurturing client relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Providing support to the Senior Property Manager
  • Maintaining and managing compliance requirements
  • Attending industry events to build relationships within the community
  • Database management
  • Assisting with maintenance and repairs
  • Reporting on arrears, insurance, and essential services
  • Assisting with market reviews and lease options
  • Conducting inspections and preparing reports
  • Supporting budgeting, reconciliations, and estimates

We are seeking a driven individual with a strong work ethic and a hunger to achieve. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous property management experience
  • A current NSW Real Estate License and driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • A polished and mature demeanour
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A professional telephone manner
