IB Property is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team, for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be working on commercial and residential properties across Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales and leasing marketing campaigns
  • Create and organise marketing materials, including EDMs, brochures, signage, and online listings
  • Prepare marketing quotes, proposals, signage, and other marketing collateral
  • Coordinate photography, floor plans, and branding materials
  • Assist with general marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in real estate marketing or sales administration
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including copywriting and editing
  • Tech-savvy and creative—proficiency in Adobe Suite & Canva (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in developing digital campaigns that engage target audiences
