Senior Marketing Professional

We are seeking a skilled marketing expert to join our team as a Senior Marketing Professional.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and a flair for coordination, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment where every day is different.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and collateral
  • Assist in public relations activities including media list management, press release drafting, and outreach
  • Draft internal announcements, working closely with leadership
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and online events including webinars and activations
  • Support campaign roll-outs across digital, email, and social media channels
  • Help create and manage marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and merchandise
  • Upload and update website content, blogs, and landing pages
  • Track campaign performance and report insights to inform optimisations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a senior marketing or related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of branding, design, and visual consistency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Mailchimp
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects with accuracy and professionalism
  • Interest in property investment and desire to grow in a dynamic, multi-brand business
