We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our clinical team at Moran Roxburgh Park Home.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the RN Team and achieving the best possible clinical outcomes for residents by ensuring high-quality nursing services. You will participate in clinical governance activities, including planning and implementing clinical priorities.

The role involves collaboration with a highly dedicated team, directly impacting the daily lives of residents and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising nursing care, services, and clinical staff
  • Overseeing specialised nursing care needs and high-impact, high-prevalent risks
  • Monitoring the delivery of care consistent with the care plan and goals, including dignity of risk choices
  • Providing clinical leadership, mentorship, and ongoing clinical education
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and health professionals
  • Supporting a culture of best practice, practice evaluation, and achievement of clinical outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with at least 2-3 years' aged care clinical experience
  • Strong leadership skills and knowledge of Quality Standards for Aged Care
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and ability to use computers and technology efficiently
  • Current Police Check and appropriate Working Rights
  • Management qualifications (or working towards) – highly regarded
