Imagine a role where you can lead clinical pharmacy services, oversee operations across multiple sites and lead a talented team of pharmacists and technicians. This is what we're offering as an Assistant Deputy Director of Pharmacy.

This full-time position is responsible for leading pharmacy services at Moorabbin Hospital and the Cancer Services and Compounding portfolios. It involves overseeing clinical pharmacy services and operations across Monash Health sites, leadership of pharmacy staff and credentialing within Moorabbin Hospital and Compounding Service, governance and quality assurance for Cancer Services and Compounding portfolios and facilitation of staff meetings, continuing education and research activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital pharmacy management, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They should also be able to facilitate change, build relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the development of pharmacy services.
