About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Little Mountain Mark Road West. As a vital part of our team, you will work alongside Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.
Salary: Enjoy a competitive salary of at least $70,000 per annum, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job Description: Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children;
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development;
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes and exceeding national quality standards;
- Fostering strong relationships with families and carers to ensure seamless communication and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- A current QLD Working with Children Check;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and carers.
