About this role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to take charge of their own room and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators, observing and informing teaching practices, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team to continuously improve our programs.

Our centre is located in the sought-after 'Parklands Estate' and is just minutes from some of the Sunshine Coast's most popular beaches. We are conveniently situated near schools, local shops, major roads, and public transport, making us an ideal location for families.

About the ideal candidate

We are looking for a motivated and experienced educator who is passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care. You will have a Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent, as well as strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. A current QLD Working with Children Check is also required.
