Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $123,609 and $136,203 per annum, depending on experience, with pro rata consideration for part-time employment.

Job Description

This leadership role aims to foster a culture of learning, teaching, and research, ensuring that our clinical practice remains at the forefront of the field. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant registration and significant leadership experience in acute settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, passion for education and mentorship, and strong communication skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, quality improvement initiatives, and completion or commencement of relevant postgraduate qualifications.
