Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cohealth. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evidence-based, client-centred and flexible Occupational Therapy services to clients or groups of clients including people from marginalised, vulnerable and CALD backgrounds.
You will work collaboratively with a range of professionals including physiotherapists, podiatrists, DNEs, dieticians, doctors, nursing and counselling services to deliver high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- To provide Occupational Therapy services to clients or groups of clients including people from marginalised, vulnerable and CALD backgrounds.
- To work effectively across a multidisciplinary service and with a wide range of diverse client groups.
- To demonstrate knowledge and skills in assessment, treatment and evaluation within Occupational Therapy practice.
- To develop and implement individualised plans to meet the needs of clients.
- To communicate effectively with clients, carers and other health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- A competitive salary package of up to $83,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A generous meal entertainment package of up to $2,650 per annum.
- The option for 1 ADO per month.

- A Grade 1 & Grade 2 AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist.
- Registered State-Wide Equipment Program (SWEP) provider or willingness to become registered.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a multidisciplinary service and with a wide range of diverse client groups.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in assessment, treatment and evaluation within Occupational Therapy practice.
