We are seeking an experienced technician to join our Service department as a valuable team member. Your role will be to provide expert diagnosis and repair to a variety of Mercedes-Benz Vans and Fuso trucks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of Japanese and European commercial vehicles">
  • Accurately follow detailed factory repair and diagnostic procedures">
  • Provide expert advice in vehicle diagnosis and repairs">
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and technicians during express assessments">
  • Deliver hands-on mentoring and coaching to apprentices">

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology qualification">
  • A Manual drivers license and forklift license">
  • Demonstrated experience working with European, American, and/or Japanese commercial vehicles (desired)">
  • An HR license (desired)">
