Mobile Fleet Reliability Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to drive reliability improvement across our mobile fleet operations.

  • Analyse and interpret maintenance and condition monitoring data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations to determine causes of critical failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Orient maintenance strategies to align with OEM standards, operational needs, and historical data.
  • Develop and execute reliability improvement projects to increase uptime, extend component life, and reduce lifecycle costs.
  • Collaborate with planning and execution teams to validate failure modes and develop early intervention strategies.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and technical reports for leadership and operational decision-making.
  • Provide engineering input into strategic planning, asset lifecycle forecasts, and capital allocation decisions.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering.
  • 5+ years' experience in reliability or mobile maintenance engineering, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
  • Strong understanding of RCM, FMECA, and asset management principles.
  • Experience with mobile fleet failure modes and maintenance strategy development.
  • Proficiency in SAP PM or equivalent CMMS, AMT, and reliability analysis tools.
  • Current WA C Class Driver's Licence.
