A technical support specialist is sought to provide assistance and resolve day-to-day issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to troubleshoot remotely
  • Resolving customer incidents and requests in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a knowledge base for self-serve purposes
  • Liaising effectively with suppliers and managed service providers (MSPs)

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a senior service desk/system analyst or other customer support role
  • A good understanding of computer systems, servers, wired and wireless networking, mobile devices, and other technical products
  • The ability to diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues
