About the Role
Monash Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As a key member of our patient-focused team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with Department of Health and Human Services mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and emails, processing referrals and scheduling appointments
- Manage wait list referrals and attend clinic
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with iPM or similar patient management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
