Intellectual Property Expert

We're seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer to join our Australian team. As a key member of our practice, you will work closely with clients and colleagues on complex matters across various industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in trade mark prosecution and portfolio management;
  • Advising on confidential information and IP disputes;
  • Drafting assignments and licenses for transactional IP matters;
  • Building rapport with clients and colleagues;
  • Providing commercially focused problem-solving expertise.
