Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical assistance in a global support environment.
The position is responsible for general IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as network connectivity problems.
- Provide day-to-day IT support and serve as a point of contact for customers regarding IT issues and requests.
- Proactively monitor ticket queues and chat to provide support to associates.
- Perform core competencies of triage, assignment, request fulfillment, and issue remediation.
- Adhere to established ticket handling procedures.
- Escalate unresolved calls to the next level support team following established protocols.
The ideal candidate will have around 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, with exposure to diverse cultural backgrounds.
