
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide remote and onsite technical support to clients, responding to their requests in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or remote desktop software.
- Install and upgrade computer hardware and software as required.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues and work with the team to resolve them.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the knowledge base to assist with future resolutions.
- Manage IT inventory and assist with IT procurement.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
- Strong customer focus and ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical people.
- Innovative thinker who embraces change and new technology.
- Native or fluent English speaker.
